Avoid or eliminate foods that are preserved by salt,
smoking, and nitrites. Avoid or eliminate animal fats, oil consumption reduced
to 2 tablespoons cold-pressed oils unrefined.
What is possible to treat the increased weight?
Reject the use of alcoholic beverages or keep to a minimum -
completely quit. In addition to general advice, it is recommended that the diet
include foods that contain anticancer substances:
- Cabbage, buckled kale, broccoli, and cauliflower
- Carrots, apricots, pumpkin
- Leafy vegetables and small fruits

Foods you should avoid are rectified foods, white sugar and
white flour and products thereof, and any foods that contain additives,
preservatives, nitrites. Meat should be kept to a minimum, consume only the
white meat meatless and replace them with fish, but no more than 2-3 times a
week. In particular, we recommend that you use REGARDING squashed VEGETABLE
JUICE (squeeze the juice in the morning, drink sip by sip, before each meal,
