Red grape lowers blood pressure

Bark and seeds of red grapes that are rejected while the wine, are a treasure of medicinal ingredients, say researchers at the University of Madrid.

Its effectiveness was confirmed by practically on 34 nonsmoking volunteers, whose daily diet enriched with the extract of red grapes.

This leads to the conclusion that this grape extract as part of the daily diet almost halved the risk of heart attacks.
