Best fruits for diabetics


Fructose is a type of sugar found in fruit, and can have a negative effect on diabetics. However, you can still enjoy the fruits if you do it moderately and choose the one that's right for you.
Doctors encourage diabetics to consume a certain fruit that is not only healthy but also may control insulin.
Red Grapefruit
