According to Chinese Medicine, winter is associated with an imbalance in the kidneys, adrenal glands and bladder. People are more susceptible to colds, flu, poor circulation, poor movement and mood disorders.
To stay healthy, happy and vital, follow these suggestions:
Before go to bed and get up at sunrise
If you want to sleep at least eight hours every night, go earlier to bed, and an hour before walking down a treat from 20 to 30 minutes to improve the quality of sleep.

Be happy
